Weekly Round-Up
This week we welcomed new baby Archer to our family of friends, spent a few minutes helping sister find the perfect princess band-aide, and enjoyed some previously loved bargain books. The girls are growing more and more independent with each new day, leaving me with a bittersweet feeling. As much as I want to hold on tighter, I know that there is times when letting go just a smidge propels there growth exponentially.

Holding On
I often talk about how close Presley and I are, about how much she seems to need ME and only ME, about how she can literally be found hanging off of my hip like a little Koala bear. It's not better, worse or more special then the bond I have with Giulietta; it's just different. As the days quickly breeze by, as my little Sweet Pea grows more and more independent, and as our time together becomes shared with others, I am starting to feel her little grasp slip away faster and faster. And, to be honest it is slowly breaking my heart to think that she won't need me this way for much longer.

Fashionista
This Momma has lost some weight. Okay let's be honest, all of my baby weight to be exact! Even though I still have a ways to go until I get to my goal, I had do a little bit of shopping since most of my clothes were too baggy and pretty unflattering. Of course, after my little shopping spree came my fashion show. My dear friend Laura was the one that so kindly endured my parade, and took these pictures of my little assistant and I. As you can see, Giulietta had the posing down and was teaching me a thing or two about how to stand, smile, and position my hips. Boy do I love my little fashionista!

Weekly Round-Up
We were busy busy busy this week. Lot's of time out and about enjoying sweet treats with friends, the Easter Bunny (aka Uncle Kaka), and G's Trike-A-Thon. We also spent plenty of time home dancing in the dining room, playing in Daddy's boxes, and sleeping peacefully. My girls embrace being on the go, in fact, Giulietta has started asking me "Momma, where are we going next?" multiple times per day.
I'm embracing being a stay at home mom. I'm enthusiastically enjoying each moment with my little ladies. And, I'm working hard to giving them as many unforgettable experiences as possible.
