The Photographer (AKA--Mama)

It's not often that I get to be in the pictures with the girls, considering
that I find such great pleasure in taking pictures and blogging about them later.
However, it always warms my heart when I am loading all the pics
on my computer, and catch a glimpse of a priceless shot of one, or
both of the girls and I.

Here Presley and I are enjoying a beautiful July morning at Mother's
Beach with Giulietta and my dear friend Laura. Laura caught this
shot sometime between keeping both girls safe in the water, making
sure our beach ball didn't get taken away by the sea (even though it
ended up that way), and carrying on a conversation with me.

Her First Pearly White

This little pearly white has been a LONG time coming. Presley
has been drooling, gnawing,  and biting for what seems like months.

Just the other day, I stick my finger in her mouth to check to make
sure all her white spots from having Thrush are gone, and what
do I feel as sharp as a nail? A tooth. Yes, our little princesses very first
tooth has broken its way through her pink swollen gums at 6 months old.

Soon, she will be sporting a cute pearly white in all her pictures. And,
I'm sure a few others are not far behind.

Not quite fast enough, just yet!

Presley is not quite crawling yet. However,
she can get herself where she wants to go quicker
then ever, but not quick enough to be able to
keep up with Giulietta

As you can see from this picture, Giulietta has
left Presley in the dust. And, I can only imagine what
sweet little Presley is thinking with her arm reaching
out for her sister.

We Couldn't Ask for a Better...

When these two get together, a fun and crazy time is had by all.
Giulietta and Presley couldn't ask for a better Uncle, and I couldn't
ask for a better brother.

Not many uncles out there dote over their
nieces they way Uncle Ka ka does. Not only does Kenny spend
endless hours playing with my girls, teaching them ridiculously funny
things-such as this face, and giving them his utmost attention, he is
also patient, kind, and admirable.

My little brother, will make a GREAT father someday, but for
today he is the BEST uncle these two girls could ever ask for, and
the only brother I would ever want.

Thanks Ken! We love you!
